This is your role. What part will you play?
Assist the Project Manager on supervising the Delivery of the RTS Link Project as follows: Support Project Management activities i.e. Scheduling, Costing, Reviewing of documentsBuild a close relationship with the project team for a better understanding of the different stages of the projectsSupport configuration and change management activities with assistance from Technical teamAssist in procurement activities with assistance from Technical TeamMonitor the performance of installation works with our subcontractorsFamiliarize yourself with the financials of the Projects: costs, revenue, cashflow/invoicing to customer, working closely with the Commercial PMs.Improve project management processes within RTS Link and provide suggestions to optimize processesYour Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid Undertaking a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Masters in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Able to work independently and also a good team player who can work well in a multi-cultural environment.Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office application.Possess advanced knowledge in Excel (formulas, Pivot tables) and SAPSkills in AutoCAD, Navisworks will be an additional plusTo be eligible for this position, applicants must possess a Valid Student Pass in Singapore or satisfy the Ministry of Manpower’s Work Holiday Pass (WHP) requirements.
