**Overview** **_**This position is contingent upon contract award**_** SOSi is seeking a highly qualified **Project Management Lead** to join a program providing critical network operations and maintenance services for our government customer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) IT systems and services. **Essential Job Duties** + Develops project plans with forecasts, estimates, and resources. + Developing and delivering project reports and communicating and coordinating team members. + Managing complex IT-projects valued over $2 million and/or affecting 1,000 or more customers in the past 10 years. + Responsible for development and implementation of assigned projects; takes projects from original concept through final implementation. + Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services. + Defines project scope and objectives; develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. + Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. + Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. + Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. + Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team; recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. + Other duties as assigned. **Minimum Requirements** + Active DoD Secret clearance + BA/BS Degree in business, information technology or related discipline. + Twelve (12) or more years of experience in the field or related area. + PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. **Work Environment** + Working conditions are normal for an office environment. + Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment. + May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable) **Working at SOSi** All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
