Description:This position will support the F-35 Air Vehicle Sustainment Contract (AVSC) program management team. In this position the selected candidate will have exposure to various scope areas across AVSC Supply to include field repairs, consumables, depot operations, property management, and supply logistics. This role will provide exposure to program management execution and an opportunity to develop skills in this discipline. The selected candidate will have opportunities to engage with internal and external stakeholders to support program management in the execution of contract requirements.
The primary responsibilities for the position include the following:
• Collaborating with the AVSC program management team to issue contract authorizations in accordance with prime contract awards and changes
• Working with program business management (BM) and the broader program management team in the development of CAM execution targets
• Supporting the program team in ensuring repairs and consumables are completed prior to major contract milestones
• Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibility for select fixed price material and level of effort control accounts for earned value (EV) execution
• Partnering with global supply chain (GSC) and supply operations in the execution of beyond economical repair determinations
• Briefing assigned projects to leadership, up to and including directors
• Coordinating with various stakeholders to complete presentation materials for program reviews
• Supporting on time delivery (OTD) performance reporting
Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Familiarity with the use of Earned Value Management Systems
• Experience developing and delivering presentations
Desired Skills:
• Experience supporting program managers
• Familiar with on time delivery (OTD) processes
• Working knowledge of program business rhythms and directives
• Control Account Manager (CAM) experience or knowledge
• Experience automating reports and data products
• Familiarity with the F-35 program

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
