The primary purpose of this role is to run governance frameworks that comply with AAL CPMO Governance Framework and with our obligations under the global framework including charters, processes, cadences, reporting and RAID management.
About the role
Provide support throughout the lifecycle of projects/programs in adhering to the governance framework and supporting the operational activities required to implement the framework. Provide support and guidance to senior stakeholders on the submission of formal documentation to relevant committees and program boards. Support the tracking of the programs and projects running across the organisation at a portfolio level and assist in producing reporting for senior management and Group. Participate in the development and maintenance of a pipeline of initiatives and roadmap to support the achievement of organisational strategies. Complete CPMO operational activities including preparation of governance materials, financial analysis and portfolio reports to support various governance forums and other tasks to support the governance framework.
About you
Extensive experience in large-scale project implementations for a complex, matrixed general insurance or financial services organisation. Experience working with senior stakeholders and ensuring project milestones and timeliness are met. Advanced analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions. Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision-making. Advanced ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
