The Role
We are seeking a highly proactive and results-driven PMO Project Manager to join our Benefits Delivery and Administration (BDA) Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will manage cross-practice and operational support projects, driving initiatives with a sense of urgency to meet critical deadlines and deliver meaningful results. The ideal candidate will excel at time management, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take ownership of projects from start to finish. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritize effectively and foster accountability across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution:
Drive projects aggressively, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget. Develop and execute detailed project and communication plans with a proactive approach. Schedule and lead project kick-offs and regular updates to keep momentum strong. Manage competing priorities effectively while maintaining accountability and focus.
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering collaboration and clear communication. Provide frequent, accurate updates to leadership and business teams, ensuring full transparency. Proactively follow up with business leaders and project resources to resolve bottlenecks.
Risk Management and Problem Solving:
Monitor project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays. Adapt quickly to evolving requirements with strong change management strategies. Conduct debriefs, gather feedback, and ensure seamless handoff of projects to business teams.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
Create a collaborative, high-performing team environment by driving accountability and efficiency. Mentor PMO team members and provide guidance to the broader business as needed. Serve as a backup resource for PMO team members to maintain project continuity.
Process Improvement and Strategic Initiatives:
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend practical, results-oriented solutions. Collaborate with the PMO Leader to execute high-priority strategic initiatives. Maintain alignment with WTW’s project management best practices across all initiatives.Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5–7+ years of project management experience, preferably within a PMO environment. Professional certifications are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project are a plus.

Highly proactive, with a proven ability to drive projects forward with urgency and focus. Exceptional time-management skills, adept at handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Strong relationship management experience in cross-functional settings. Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution. Clear, effective communicator with diverse audiences, including leadership and clients. Resilient under pressure, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $85,000 - $105,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
