Main Functions
In support of the Tribe Leader and Chapter Leaders, the PMO is in charge of the following missions:
Assist project managers in the preparation of Investment Committees, especially in terms of consumption monitoring, and raise alerts in case of anomalies
Manage the Tribe's Capacity Plan by checking the load plans entered in the Clarity tool and correcting any inconsistencies with the Chapter Leaders if necessary
Monitor budget consumption progress
Track and control fixed priced services as well as hardware and software costs
Monitor and produce reports around permanent costs (CPERM) and project monitoring (MEVOL, PRJ)
Produce reports on budget consumption, delivery, and project reporting (status reports, progress points)
Ensure the correct updating of project items in Clarity (timesheets) to guarantee the quality of produced monitoring indicators
Monitor the Tribe’s budget across all its costs and provide progress updates for various internal stakeholders
Lead financial processes linked to the Group Major Program Committee and support the preparation of business cases

French language proficiency (C1 level mandatory)
