Daily tasks:

Designing, implementing, and maintaining project management methodologies and processes. Providing guidance and support for all project management activities within the organization. Establishing and maintaining a project portfolio management process to select, prioritize, and manage the execution of projects. Monitoring project progress and performance to ensure alignment with defined objectives. Interacting with project stakeholders and managing stakeholder communication. Implementing and managing project change and interventions to achieve project outputs. Overseeing project risk management and developing strategies to manage and mitigate risks. Ensuring the maintenance of all project documentation and records for auditing purposes. Conducting project reviews to assess outcomes of projects, identifying lessons learned, and making recommendations for future projects.

Your profile:

Experience in a PMO role in Banking/Capital Markets area Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects and the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously Experience in coordinating and prioritizing project work and resources and managing the complete lifecycle of a project Experience in project management using an industry-standard methodology Experience in managing and delivering benefits realization, program level reporting – progress, inter-dependencies, budgets, etc. Highly efficient in resource planning, budget management, and task assignment Outstanding verbal, written, and data analysis/presentation skills
