Role description:

Project Management Officer (PMO) is responsible for project management office activities:

Reporting: redaction of documents/notes (doc) and presentations (ppt) in English and/or French for various audiences: project team, direction committee, steering committee, managers, external stakeholders. Coordination and collection of information for notes and reports. Responsible for up to date data collection (tools and reports) to ensure the single version of the truth in a project cockpit, covering each of the projects components (finance, planning, risk, engineering, HSE, construction & commissioning, quality) Risks management: follow and update the risk analysis and action plans with team members, under the lead of the Project Control Manager. Main risk reporting and sharing and ensure smooth and efficient performance of resulting action plans. Inform project direction committee of mitigation results or deviation from action plan. Financial: Gather and retrieve information, under the lead of the Financial Director of the project. Document Management: support in the creation and updating of document management procedures. Operational document management and sharing/uploading/downloading of documents.

Qualifications & Experience:

1 – 2 years of experience in technical project. Good analysis skills data structuration and synthesis skills  Understanding of the needs of an industrial mega-project. Very good redaction and communication skills in both French and English Adaptative communication skills with a large variety of stakeholders in English and French
