In the Global Warehousing Services (GWS) department we are looking for a strong Project Manager Officer (PMO) who can help us bring our global warehousing landscape to the next level. Our warehouses support our factories in the production of the ASML machines and our customers in their chip production fabs by keeping parts and tools in warehouses close to them.
In total we have around 60 service and factory warehouses globally. The Global Warehousing Services team, is tasked to ensure the warehouses are ready to support our factories and customers in the most efficient way. This means that all facilities need to be fit for purpose, provide enough space, sufficient skilled manpower that use the standard way of working, and beneficial commercial agreements.
Job Description responsibilitiesThe growing number of ASML machines at our customers requires ASML to review the existing warehousing landscape and transform this into a warehouse solution fit for the future. As Project Manager Officer in the Warehousing solutions team, you will support the warehouse transformation programs in line with our warehousing strategy to support our growth and to optimize ASML’s supply chain network. Time, money and (internal) customer satisfaction will be your main drivers.As Project Manager Officer your main responsibilities are:
Challenging the triple constraint (scope, timing, budget)
Setting-up, arranging and facilitating meetings, workshops and team-sessions
Driving effective communication and/or escalations on the issues & risks and the required mitigation actions to the stakeholders
Implementing and improving project (program) standards and processes, e.g. related to project planning, financial management, product generation process, reporting, change control, risk management and quality.
Providing support during the financial forecasting (budget) process and proactively assisting regular financial management and reporting
Driving completeness of all inputs from deciders in the product generation process (PGP)
Education and experienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Project Management, Engineering or other relevant fields
1-3 years of working experience as PMO in a multi-disciplinary environment
Experience with working with Powerpoint and Excel
Experience with MS Project Online or a similar tool
Knowledge of warehousing or supply chain management is an advantage
