Join Lockheed Martin’s Production Operations Team and play a key role in integrating new Type Version Effectivity (TVE) changes into fabrication and the production line. As a Project Management & Planning Operations – Type Version Integration (Level 5) professional, you will serve as the primary interface between Production Operations and the Program Office, ensuring seamless execution of new aircraft versions while mitigating disruption to production.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Serve as the primary Production Operations liaison to the Program Office, leading efforts to integrate new TVE break-ins into the production system.
• Develop and present status updates on production system execution to leadership and program teams.
• Attend and contribute to program and customer briefings, collaborating with program office team members.
• Prevent and mitigate disruptions to the production line caused by new aircraft versions.
• Participate in pre-contract and startup activities, including DRB, MCCB, Kickoff, PPA, and FAMSCO.
• Evaluate potential impacts on job releases, parts, and tooling lead times, coordinating solutions with Program Management and Planning teams.
• Follow aircraft, projects, or TVEs through the build cycle, ensuring smooth execution.
• Engage the correct Production Operations team members to identify and resolve producibility issues early.
• Interface with cross-functional teams, including Tooling, Planning, Feeder Plants, and Flight Test, to coordinate long-lead item readiness.
• Lead T-Minus 120, T-Minus 90, and T-Minus 60 planning and review meetings.
• Represent Production Operations on First Article Master Scheduling Committee (FAMSCO), Production Readiness Reviews (PRR), and Master Schedule development.
• Develop and execute tactical plans to resolve both short-term and long-term aircraft issues.
• Track and report issue resolution status to senior leadership.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
