Project Specialist, GBS Transformation Services

A company that drives change and delivers effective solutions across its organization. In this dynamic environment there is a clear need for strong project management capabilities to successfully organize and drive the most modern developments in our internal Project Management Office (PMO). We are currently searching for a Project specialist to join our team to support and coordinate new projects for our company and to work closely with stakeholders and other project managers. Our ideal candidate will have great talent and will be passionate about project management and communicating with stakeholders on a daily basis, and the position would require the candidate to support and maintain projects across multiple streams and divisions, utilizing modern tools and ways of working.

Objectives of this role:

Deliver project objectives according to set expectations.

Have good understanding of project components, objectives, timelines, and stakeholders.

Organize and maintain consistent governance with all identified stakeholder groups.

Work independently, but also in collaboration with other project managers to ensure project goals are reached, in alignment with priorities and ways of working set for our team.

Help support and develop our internal PMO organization.

Scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

Daily contact with key individuals to ensure consistent delivery of project needs.

Having a reactive, as well as a proactive approach to problem solving.

Having a strong drive to learn and develop within the assigned role.

Organizing and leading recurrent meetings (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), as well as ad hoc calls, in order to provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.

Supporting other project managers in establishing project milestones and timelines.

Developing and maintaining project contents (documentation, project overviews, communication plan, etc.)

Proactive monitoring and tracking of the project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines constraints.

Providing effective communication and ensuring collaboration across teams and stakeholders. 

Working closely with the PMO manager to deliver on team priorities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance or Accounting

Knowledge in Project Management

Advanced English

Experience in consulting area (preferable)

Experience working with project management tools (Jira)

Previous experience working in corporate projects.

High level knowledge and proficiency in project management methodologies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
