Project Management Specialist (Remote Eligible, US)
Job Description SummaryThe Project Management Specialist support the respective Project Director in planning and executing contracts for the design and construction of new nuclear power plants, including managing the quality, cost, and schedule of the execution process. Additional focus will be made toward project administration and configuration management of project documentation to assist the Project Director.

Essential Responsibilities

Be responsible for on-time project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resourcesAssist Project Director in organizing project cost structure in Oracle ERPParticipate in customer, internal, and/or supplier project kickoff meetings and support the Project Director with preparation & coordination of customer, internal, and/or supplier kickoff meetingsDevelop and maintain a project roster including assigning and monitoring timely completion of project related training activitiesSupport the development & issuance of the Project Management Plan & related project plans and project procedures; promotes the implementation of project plans and project procedures across the larger project teamSupport the development and deployment of project infrastructure and project toolsEnsure compliance with U. S. government requirements as applicableSupport coordination of project activities; monitor and control progress on project deliverablesEnsure the conformance of project deliverables with contract and project requirementsOrganize and archive project correspondence and records consistent with Project Configuration Management PlanLead, draft, and issue project management meeting notes, action item lists, and project progress reports

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience working on projectsStrong oral and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)Demonstrated organizational skills, particularly when related to project execution

The base pay range for this position is $80.7K-$100.9K. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on July 5, 2024.

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
