Data Quality, Simplification, Environmental Stability, Automation, and Service Excellence are the key pillars and priorities on our strategic journey. **In CTI, we are focused on delivering the best for our clients, and we know that to do this we need a talented team with diverse experiences, backgrounds and skills.** **Job Overview:** The Project Management Support Specialist is highly organized and detail-oriented providing essential support to our project teams by providing knowledge expertise, resolving technical issues, addressing procedural questions, performing project administrative tasks and providing project managers support for smooth project execution. This role will act as a central point of contact for project teams, providing timely assistance with project management tools, documentation, and reporting. Works as part of a team in Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) in the Function Project Management Organization (PMO) supporting a large, global project management organization. Responsibilities: + Respond to project manager requests for support within established Service Level Objectives (SLO). + Provide training and support to project teams on project management systems and procedures effectively. + Troubleshoot technical issues related to project management tools and software. + Assist with project management toolset data entry, reporting, and analysis. Some aspects of the role will require entering project data into project management tools. + Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions. + Act as the primary point of contact for project team members requesting knowledge expertise and technical support. + Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership. + Maintain awareness of changes in tools and standards, proactively identifying and communicating to project managers. + Address and escalate issues as needed. + Recommend process improvements and opportunities for automation. Qualifications: + Ability to research multiple knowledge sources to identify solutions for project management questions. + Proficiency in project management toolsets. + Demonstrated ability for troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. + Excellent data entry and analytical skills. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work and contribute independently and as part of a team. + Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. + Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. + Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a project support or administrative role. + Moderate experience in desktop software, primarily MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint. + Experience with Jira/Confluence tools is a plus. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred or equivalent experience ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Technology ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Technology Project Management ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** Irving Texas United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $76,230.00 - $106,370.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
