**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including risk mitigation.
+ Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
+ Analyze project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget as needed.
+ Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
+ Report project outcomes and/or risks to management and escalate issues as necessary.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a relevant discipline.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
+ Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
+ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and demonstrate leadership potential.

**Physical Demands**
+ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
