Project Manager, B2B
**What´s the role?** This position is responsible for coordinating, executing, and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets, and ensures quality control throughout project lifecycle. **How can you add value?** + Build and lead project teams ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle accomplishing project objectives by coordinating and evaluating project activities accurately. + Responsible for leading Projects of the B2B Program Management Office (PMO) for major corporate transformation initiatives and programs; sometimes more than one Project at a time. + Leads cross functional, large, complex, and highly transparent projects and/or multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic working environment. + Works to identify and acquire participation from required cross-functional core team members with mentorship from strategic business partners or senior staff. + Assists in the development and implementation of key goals, objectives, and success criteria for projects and programs. + Recommends project and program implementation process improvements. + Understands the scope of projects defined by the business requirements and budget process. Participates in key planning achievements and acts as a guide for the core project team from initiation through execution and completion. + Builds project plans and maintains project records. Works with the core team to pinpoint and schedule all the work required to fulfill project scope, including identification and management of critical path. + Tracks and runs the project schedule and task details included in the project plan. Analyzes the actual performance against the plan and makes adjustments consistent with plan objectives including risks and issues. + Monitors and assures quality of project deliverables. Works with core team and key field resources to develop and monitor deployment schedule, strategies, and tools to support the implementation of projects in the field through trials and controlled customer deployments. + Works with various managers and leaders to lay out project implementation guidelines and plan for staff and/or other resource requirements. + Runs projects of major importance to overall business operations by reporting status, tracking delays, and making required adjustments. + Recommends overall staffing requirements relating to projects being led. + Frequent exercise of independent discernment, discretion and negotiations in matters of significance. + Demonstrates and ensures compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America's policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures. + Other functions may be assigned. **What do you need?** Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management preferred. 5 to 7 years related experience preferably in the telecommunications industry.
