As a Project Manager within the Business Strategy and Enablement team, you will play a crucial role in driving successful organizational transformations across the Workforce Staffing’s (WFS) organization. Working directly with the Portfolio Manager, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive visibility, coordination, and successful delivery of the organization's network impacting pilots, and programs. This centralized position will act as the strategic partner, aligning global teams and ensuring the seamless implementation of transformative work-streams across the organization. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific pilot projects ensuring consistency with organizational strategy, commitments and goals.
Key job responsibilities
• Engage with cross-functional teams to manage interdependencies and identify risk.
• Drive consistent goal setting and standards around pilot programs.
• Support teams to ensure programs are operated and maintained in alignment with pilot program standards and procedures prior to expansion.
• Manage multiple projects and balance conflicting priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
• Monitor and report on the progress of all pilot project activity including significant milestones and conditions which would affect cost or schedule.
• Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- 3+ years of experience managing network level large scale initiatives end-to-end.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in conducting investigative work, including claimant, witness, and target employee interviews, investigative data analysis, and production of investigative documentation
- Experience developing policies and supporting documentation
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
