Project Manager, Construction

RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES + Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion + Coordinate with all internal and external teams including subcontractors to ensure all project tasks are completed on time and within budget + Negotiate with all vendors and subcontractors to maintain the job margin + Obtain all building permits, licenses to meet code regulations + Create and Manage construction plan + Work with all internal teams including sales and design to define the scope of work + Define the job tasks and assign the accountable party with delivery dates + Prepare all project meetings, including agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items. + Allocate and manage all resource logistics + Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure projects stay on track. + Handle all change orders and purchase orders, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained and documentation is accurately maintained. + Maintain a strong working relationship with clients, team members, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration at all stages of the project. + Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and quality standards + Oversee the performance of the teams assigned to each project KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES + Construction Project Management skills including time management, project budgeting, resource management and project planning + Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously + Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions. + Ability to work well under pressure + Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work + Knowledge of service operations, customer service and processing support functions + Strong customer experience orientation with the ability to develop centralized operations strategies rooted in experience delivery + Ability to develop and build customer relationships; which includes tackling difficult clients and their issues + Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic workplace + Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES + Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent combination of work experience and education. + 5 years of operations experience + Preferred Qualifications + Graduate degree + 2 - 4 years of experience managing detailed, complex projects -
