We are looking for a Project Manager of Construction Administration who embodies this purpose and will partner with our design teams and clients across our Mid-Atlantic Division to provide construction-related support and expertise.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the construction administration process from precon through closeoutProvide construction oversight and perspective throughout designAct as the main liaison between construction and designBecome the POC for client, construction management, and contractorTake ownership of, and ensure execution of all construction administration-related tasks:Site & project evaluation- identify risks and challengesPhasing and constructability analysis and supportReview and respond to RFIsReview shop drawings and submittalsPerform site visits and observationsAttend precon and course of construction meetingsPunch list walks and memo productionCreate budgets/proposals and manage costs for CAProject Management/Leadership, including final oversight of initial project scope and project proposal for large scale, complex projectsClient management, including conducting and participating in client meetingsFinancial management, including monitoring project P&LsResponsible for mentoring and coaching staff

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related fields strongly preferred6+ years of experience in sitework related residential, commercial, and/or industrial construction managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organization skills and able to manage many projects simultaneouslyAbility to solve problems using sound professional judgement, creativity and innovationAbility to effectively discuss project issues with clients and reviewing agencies
