ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Although located in our Ipsos Poland office, the Project Manager would be part of the Ipsos Switzerland project management team dedicated to Brand Health Tracking & Creative Excellence Service Line (BHT-CRE), working for international clients. 

Under the guidance of the Research Director, the mission/role will be to manage and deliver research projects commissioned by our clients, according to study specifications, respecting quality and timing requirements as well as to execute all activities and tasks linked to project management by applying the relevant skills in an efficient manner.

Demonstrating proficiency in the overall research process and Service Lines tools; Mastering all research flows along with interactions between the different stakeholders/suppliers, from simple to complex projects and/or for multiple projects at a time (according to workload defined and approved with line manager); Delivering project management services with virtually no supervision while being aware of own limits/raising concerns/alerting/escalating issues appropriately;  Start showing added value, consultancy in project management issues, proactivity which ultimately drives trust from peers, suppliers and clients.

The key responsibilities will include:

Manage multiple research projects across a wide range of client products and/or categories Act as SPOC for the project execution from questionnaire set-up to deliverables (including if needed coordination of charting, and support in checking final presentation) Day-to-day contacts with Ipsos client service team for project briefings, project updates, report of quality issues and support for recovery, project timekeeper Day-to-day communication with end-clients and client service team for all project management related matters (e.g. material accuracy and material delivery dates, fieldwork updates) Coordination of all operational tasks & suppliers involved in the project (material/questionnaire translation, Online/Offline field suppliers, coding, data-processing/analytics and charting teams); Fully accountable for project set-up and completion activities such as:  Accuracy of briefings/instructions to the various project stakeholders Finalization of field material Questionnaire link checking  Supervision/monitoring of fieldwork and provision of regular updates Coordination and supervision of other project-related activities which include (but not limited to) coding, DP, charting, analytics teams… along with validation of the various outputs Open and regular communication with client service teams and/or end clients  Compliance with overall project timings and internal deadlines Compliance with internal Quality Standards Contribution to project review meeting (escalating to senior management);  Compliance with Ipsos internal/administrative procedures (e.g., costing updates, invoicing…); Start mentoring, coaching, supervising other people; Ownership of certain tools e.g. champion

 

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in quantitative research is mandatory, whether in a market research agency or on the client side Graduate in marketing or business school, ideally good knowledge of market research techniques and methodologies International minded, team spirit and multicultural oriented Fluent reading/writing/speaking English  Project Management oriented, Multi-tasking, with high attention to details Data Accuracy & Numeracy Quality Orientation Research Methodologies & Techniques Good command of MS Office (Excel in particular) Risk assessment Coaching & Mentoring Strong interpersonal communication skills; Solid in written communication, Self-starter with outstanding organization skills, Open minded, curious
