About the Role

The position is directly responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of all Cybersecurity projects and programs within HARMAN Digital. This position combines project management with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and Cybersecurity.

Your Team

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Cybersecurity, you will work alongside other cybersecurity and technology leaders, architects, and engineers to ensure critical cyber projects are executed quickly and with a high degree of quality.

What You Will Do

Manage the lifecycle of all cyber projects for HARMAN DigitalCoordinate various activities based on Digital and Project goals and strategiesCollaborate with team members in various areas within and outside of Digital to achieve project successContinuously review and improve project management processEstablish milestones, swim lanes and strategies for assigned projectsProvide regular reporting and presentations to Digital LeadershipPlan and manage resources required for projects

What You Need

Bachelor of Science in Information Systems or equivalent experience15+ years professional Digital/IT experience10+ experience in Project Management and team leadership10+ years of Cybersecurity experience8 years of experience in managing VIP support and servicesProven leadership skillsITILv3 framework processes and activities certification

Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and presentationWillingness to work in complex multi-national / multi-cultural environmentsAbility to manage multiple high-priority efforts; competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirementsExcellent inter-personal, inter-cultural and relationship management skills are essential for liaison with colleagues at all levels
