Job summary – What to expect:
The Project Manager, Sustainability, will lead multiple projects and the people running them—to deliver global projects or a portfolio of projects.
This position collaborates with the different functions and local managers, to ensure a cross-functional and global management of projects from concept, initiation, scoping, planning, throughout execution and implementation to achieve the Divisional objectives.
The role and responsibilities include the management of a project team as well as a transparent and effective project communication.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities
Project Management
Ability to scope, charter and set up projects with the different stakeholders and per the organization strategic roadmap. Ability to run resources planning with all functions and track it throughout the project. Ability to set up, track and monitor projects budget. Manage stakeholder log, risk and issue registers, dependencies management and critical paths. Responsible for the project schedule, to develop and run it in alignment with the different stakeholders. Ability to break down milestones into tasks and deliverables. Ability to zoom in and out in the different project phases and project functions. Responsible for leading action and decision driven team meetings. Develop and Execute communications management plan for program team, key stakeholders, and business leaders. Keep project KPIs and reports up to date and communicated. Responsible for communicating the projects status while articulating its full context. Develop a risk management plan for the project. Identify, analyze, and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response plan including options or scenarios to drive decision. Drives results in support of the business, even in the face of demanding timelines. Steps up to take on additional responsibility where appropriate. Discipline to keep all projects PMO tools up to date.
About you:
You’ll have at least 3 years project management experience, ideally with or working towards a project management related qualification. You would have successfully implemented and led new processes, worked with multiple stakeholders, have experience using project management tools such like gant charts, Microsoft projects etc.
You'll be experienced in working with data, analysing data and using tools such as Power BI.
