About the Role 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager, Design to lead and coordinate design projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities 

Oversee all phases of design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget. Ensure that all files, trackers, proposals, and design tools are current and organized. Keeping clear and accessible records of design decisions and purchases Ability to visit sites to assess the project and installation requirements. Oversee the stylist’s selection of materials, furnishings, and fixtures. Generate accurate floor plans based on the selected furnishings. Drive the coordination of cross functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve a cohesive and collaborative project team. Serve as a primary point of contact with clients, and their consultants and representatives. Demonstrate superior product knowledge within WSI brands. Identifying errors or discrepancies in order; following up on solutions with vendors Addressing damage issues or missing products and follow-up on repairs/replacements

Criteria

Must provide a portfolio or website of current and past experience Minimum 5 years retail product design experience Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field. Must have an aspirational taste-level with an eye for interiors and designer aesthetic. Design Skills, creative and inspirational thinker, deadline driven.  Full proficiency in Mac operating systems with skill excellence in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creator Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop. CAD and 3D modeling skills is plus. Experience in identifying and contributing trends and inspiration based on the given concept direction.  Experience in coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients. This role requires being onsite in the San Francisco office

The expected starting pay range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
