What this job involves:
As a Development Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional development project outcomes and continuously improving our client experience. What your day-to-day will look like:
Delivering development projects: Successfully managing and leading real estate development projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
Stakeholder management: Building strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, contractors, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the development lifecycle.
Team leadership: Leading and motivating multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and empowering individuals to achieve their best performance in the development context.
Project planning and monitoring: Developing comprehensive development project plans, tracking progress, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues specific to real estate development.
Budget and cost management: Tracking development project finances, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, and providing accurate cost forecasts for all phases of development.
Quality control: Implementing robust quality control measures to ensure development deliverables meet the highest standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities for process enhancements, implementing innovative development practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in real estate development.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in development project management within the real estate industry.
Proficiency in project management software, including Procore, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
Strong knowledge of real estate development principles, processes, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders in the development ecosystem.
Proven ability to lead and motivate development project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple development projects simultaneously.
Preferred qualifications:
Professional certification in project management (PMP) or real estate development (MRED)
Experience working in a global and matrixed organization on large-scale development projects.
In-depth knowledge of local and national building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards related to real estate development.
Familiarity with digital tools and technologies specific to real estate development and project management.
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex development scenarios.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced development environment.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning in real estate and urban development.
Korean language proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) is highly preferred.

Estimated total compensation for this position:
112,000.00 – 140,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
