Finance expert responsible for EBS (Enterprise Business Services) global process standardization project & the establishment of the EBS organization within the AGCO global finance function Project management, change management, transition management, continuous improvement expert, reporting and KPIs management Wherever applicable, work on centralization to global HUBs, migration and stabilization of activities into shared service centers.
