Job Purpose
The Supply Chain Project Manager will manage assigned projects and initiatives across the supply chain organization within APAC region. This role will interface with key stakeholders to ensure that projects run successfully and meet the company performance indicators under People, Quality, Service and Value.
The incumbent will support APAC supply chain to identify productivity and cost improvement opportunities, to drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and distribution.
Project Management
Manage and lead high-impact strategic projects and initiatives across the supply chain organization within the APAC region. Develop comprehensive business cases and conduct Cost-Benefit Analyses to support project approvals. Develop and manage project plans, including budgets, work breakdown structures, project schedules, and resource plans. Drive end-to-end project execution to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality parameters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, IT and other defined stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Apply advanced Project Management methodologies and best practices to ensure structured and efficient project delivery. Identify resource needs and capability gaps, building actionable plans to address them effectively. Surface project interdependencies and work with senior stakeholders to identify ways to manage prioritization and trade off decisions. Manage project risks and issues by developing and implementing mitigation strategies. Communicates accurate and timely project status, issues, risks and scope changes to Senior Project Manager and relevant project stakeholders. Coach and mentor project team members to build their capability and drive ongoing engagement.Continuous Improvement
Manage the planning, facilitation and completion of continuous improvement projects to support cost reduction objectives. Facilitates and leads the continuous improvement process by identifying training needs and providing training in such as problem-solving methodology, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, and Value Stream Mapping Develop training materials for Lean processes and principles, as well as other training materials as necessary.Essential Skills / Experience
Bachelor's degree required Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE II) Minimum 10 years of experience in leading Warehouse and Logistics projects within medical device/healthcare/pharma industry User experience in SAP SD/MM/APO Knowledge in end-to-end supply chain from demand/supply/warehousing/order fulfillment/last mile delivery Practical knowledge and experience with CI tools such as: Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC and similar tools and methods are preferred. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified advantageous Good understanding of financial processes and be able to establish business cases, cost benefit analysis & ROI Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines. 25% Travel.Behaviours / Values
