Our Grinding, Bulk and Pyro Services division, based in West Perth, Western Australia, is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You should have experience with large mining process equipment upgrade projects, with a focus on Bulk Material Handling within the Iron Ore sector.

 

As Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution and successful completion of modernisation and upgrade projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

 

What you will do:

Lead and manage modernisation and upgrade projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project set-up and implementation strategy Ensure that robust scope change management practices are implemented and followed throughout the project. Responsible for reporting lessons learned, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, and providing feedback to relevant stakeholders. Support warranty process RCA and resolution as applicable. Ensure that installed base information is updated. Work with MA Project coordinators to ensure that customer needs are satisfied and that any labour services are supporting equipment deliveries.

 

Who you are:

Significant experience in mining or mineral processing industry, with specific focus on Bulk material handling projects within the Iron Ore sector. 5+ years of project management experience Significant experience using SAP. A proven track record of professional accomplishments and reliability Service business understanding and customer service mindset Great influencing skills and a proactive and independent approach. Excellent verbal and technical written communication skills. Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Sound understanding of procurement and project planning practices
