Project Manager, GBS Transformation Services
Our company is company that drives change and delivers effective solutions across its organization. In this dynamic environment there is a clear need for strong project management capabilities to successfully organize and drive the most modern developments. We are currently searching for a Project Manager to join our team and to lead and coordinate new programs for our company. Our ideal candidate will have strong talent for project management and communicating with several stakeholders on a daily basis, and the position would require the candidate to develop, maintain and oversee programs across multiple streams and divisions, utilizing modern tools and ways of working.
We are looking for 3 PM positions.
Objectives of this role:
Develop, implement, and maintain program and project initiatives that follow our organizational objectives.Have complete ownership of the assigned project and have comprehensive understanding its components, objectives, timelines, and stakeholders.Organize and maintain consistent governance with all identified stakeholder groups.Ensure project goals are reached, in alignment with priorities and ways of working set for our team.Help support our internal PM organization and collaborate with other team membersScope of work includes, but is not limited to:
Daily contact with key individuals to ensure consistent delivery of project needs.A reactive, as well as a proactive approach to problem solving.Organizing and leading recurrent meetings (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), as well as ad hoc calls.Organizing and leading steerco meetings to drive the project, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.Establishing project milestones and timelines.Developing and maintaining project contents (documentation, project overviews, communication plan, etc.)Proactive monitoring and tracking of the program progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.Providing effective communication and ensuring collaboration across teams and stakeholders.Qualifications:
2+ years of Project Management Experience.Technical knowledge and proficiency in project management methodologies.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.Finance background is an advantageCurrent Employees apply HERE
