Project Manager, HR Fleet

We’re looking for an amazing Fleet HR Project Manager to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. You’ll be responsible for the planning and execution of Fleet Human Resources projects from inception to implementation, including budgeting, resource allocation and delivery. The position will play a vital role in advancing our mission in the Fleet HR Team to deliver innovative business strategies and solutions that improve processes, systems, and analytics. The role must have a strong understanding of the onboard and shoreside business environment and objectives as well as HR’s role in helping employees and leaders achieve those goals. Here’s a summary of what Princess is looking for in its Fleet HR Project Manager. Is this you? **Responsibilities** + Responsible for managing the complete life cycle of highly complex internal projects, including approval, planning, execution, and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time. This includes new or existing enhancements to fleet technologies, performance management, leadership development, talent management, succession planning and conflict management. + Leads communication with the team working on each project and stakeholders, manages risks and issues, and monitors progress to ensure that the project stays on track, within budget, and competed within timeline goals. Acts as a bridge between the senior management and the project team responsible for the execution of project tasks. + Defines project scope and objectives then aligns and coordinates team of internal and external resources around key milestones and delivery schedules. + Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports that convey requirements necessary to achieve project objectives. + Conducts regular project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Utilizes data analytics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and projects. Analyzes trends and metrics to develop data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. + Monitors and tracks change milestones and schedules, inclusive of status, dependencies, achievements, and risks/issues and provides feedback to the project team and their managers and key stakeholders. + Represents the HR perspective in both formal and informal settings to communicate HR information and initiatives. Influences management decision-making to ensure business success through people and processes. Implements HR practices within a work group or organization. Collaborates within the organization and across brands where relevant to execute long and short-term strategies involving people policies (including diversity and employee engagement) + Effectively manages, delegates and/or ensures accountability on all key initiatives and deliverables initiated by or involving Leadership, HR and Sr. Manager, Fleet HRBP on special projects. + Serves as a role model for company values. Has an openness to hearing other voices and seeking to understand as much as being understood. **Requirements** + Bachelor’s Degree - Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related work experience. + 6-10+ years of project management experience + At least 5 years Shipboard Supervisory/Managerial experience and/or experience in a cruise-based Employee Relations role + 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or data analytics/reporting (HRIS) + Strong project management and prioritization skills with demonstrated ability to deliver on operational objectives. + Strong leadership, organizational, analytical and execution skills + Advanced written and verbal communication + Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work style. + Dedicated to meeting and delivering on business objectives. + Proficient in MS Office suite + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to analyze HR metrics for use in developing goals and driving key business strategies and objectives . + Ability to define business problems, generate hypotheses about the causes of business problems, manage projects, develop solutions, manage stakeholders, and manage change. + Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group. + Able to prioritize work and meet deadlines; solid time management, planning and prioritization skills, with an ability to manage multiple task and priorities concurrently. + Resilience and ability to adapt under changing business priorities. + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status.) **This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday). The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
