One Door is searching for a self-starter who is motivated by challenges and thrives as being part of a team responsible for leading mid-market and enterprise-level software implementations. This position is a high-profile customer facing position that requires the ability to learn and retain a deep understand of a SaaS-based retail merchandising application and leverage that knowledge to help guide customers to successful outcomes.
As part of a growing team under the direction of the implementation team manager, the incumbent will play a critical part in leading the successful implementation of a SaaS platform that enables digital planning and in-store merchandising execution to enterprise and upper mid-market companies. As a member of the Professional Services implementation team, the incumbent will help guide customers through the discovery and configuration design process, be responsible for application configuration, supporting testing efforts, training and production rollout. Internally, this role will have a high level of interaction within Professional Services, along with the Product and Support teams. The candidate will be expected to maintain a knowledge base in line with product development. This candidate will also have the opportunity to provide input to a formalized methodology to support implementation and ongoing services.
RESPONSBILITIES
Manage multiple projects of varying size; approximately 3 - 6 projects simultaneously, including new logo implementations and existing customer expansion Be proficient in One Door’s business applications and services offerings and apply knowledge to customer needs – deliver high value services engagements Facilitate resolution of project issues and roadblocks to project success Own the development of change orders and scope negotiations from within actively engaged accounts Manage executive level customer relationships and provide team oversight during the delivery of services engagements Contribute to ongoing practice development initiatives to help optimize service offerings, best practices, methodologies, and other intellectual capital Team effectively within all levels of the organization, including Customer Success, Support and Product Management to address and resolve customer issues Participate in operational processes related to specific engagements, including staffing, utilization management, forecasting and time & expense management Identify opportunities to position other One Door service offerings within active engagements Collaborate with One Door partners during the sales process and in delivering joint customer engagements where needed
QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years project management experience, including contract management, scope control, risk management and project governance 4+ years enterprise-level project management experience in SaaS delivery Experience managing multiple high-profile projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer management instincts and abilities, strong written and verbal communications, executive level presence and experience in facilitation Demonstrated project-level P&L management Has driven test script development, execution and reconciliation Has built or contributed to user guides and internal services methodologies Demonstrated success in meeting & exceeding timelines and commitments Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% or more as necessary

Prior experience working within a retail-based software platform Experience in retail merchandising and/or customer retail operations A solid understanding of both agile and waterfall methodologies Understanding of basic integrations and database principals
