EpiphanyRx is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation to join our team!
The Project Manager, Implementation (IPM) is a highly motivated professional with at least 3 years of successful client implementation experience. The IPM will interface with employer type clients as well as brokers, consultants, and coalitions to manage projects that could include transitioning clients to EpiphanyRx from their current PBM, implementing new services/programs, and facilitating a change in vendor relations. The IPM must have strong relationship skills to be able to work with not only the client team members, but also with the subject matter experts within EpiphanyRx, which will be key to a successful implementation. The IPM is responsible for leading the effort to implement new EpiphanyRx clients. This position oversees all aspects of the project planning, monitoring, and controlling processes. The IPM is responsible for the coordination and completion of the implementation and to this end will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress of the project.

Facilitate Readiness Assessment with internal and external parties as well as sales initiatives as neededPrepare for and facilitate employer group type clients Kick-off Meeting for the purposes of requirements gathering and discovery, some travel may be requiredAssist the client with facilitating any impact analysis to best determine the appropriate requirements to ensure a smooth and successful implementationEnsure all requirements are documented in the standard project templates and tools and then obtain approval from the Client before initiating buildsCreate and maintain a high-level project plan and open items log for project monitoring purposesContinuously monitor progress in terms of the status of the project and report back to internal management and subject matter team members and the Client using weekly status reporting formatsAssist with escalated client issues, member issues, project issues, etc. as identified or requested by the client through direct support or through the support of the EpiphanyRx subject matter experts assigned to the projectProvide go-live support either through remote access or internal on-site access. This may require working on January 1st of each year and other non-business days as neededFacilitate Post Implementation Review meetings with the employer client, brokers and/or consultantsOther duties as assigned QualificationsWhat our team expects from you?
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferredKnowledge of PBM or health care industry preferredPrefer at least 3 years of client implementation and program management experience, working with external clientsStrong team orientation, commitment to sales and client service and desire to succeedWillingness to travel as needed to meet client requirementsExcellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills requiredPC skills such as Microsoft Office, Email, etcParticipate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectivesThe ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employeesWhat can you expect from Navitus?
