This position will ensure the project deliver according to the agreed scope, time, and cost. He / She will lead, coach, and support the team, including business and vendors on the timeline communication with stakeholders on project progress, status, issues, and requesting support / escalate at the right time.

Document and align project scope with stakeholders, develop project plan, business case, resources, plan and project budget for approval by relevant sponsor Ensure project risks, change management plan, and mitigations are captured and communicated effectively Establish, lead and motivate the project team to carry out all the project tasks and deliverables according to the agreed timeline and cost estimation. Define project Charter with clear R&R for the relevant project teams and stakeholders Support the Director to plan and track the overall project finance, and resource of related IT projects across business lines, including the cost / resource balance external consultant, on-shore, and off-shore resources University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, IT or related disciplines More than 7 years solid experience in managing / consutinh in large scale projects Broad knowledge of financial services &/or insurance industry desirable Excellent understanding of project management control procedures Strategic Planning experience desirable Professional Project Management Qualification preferred Flue in English
