Job Description
We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our New Products & Activities Team (NP&A, Public Markets) within our Technology & Operations group.   The NP&A team works collaboratively with technologists, business stakeholders and investment professional across the Fund to implement/launch new investment products & manage regulatory changes in support of our public market investments & strategies.  In this role, you will be responsible the full project lifecycle, from in-take request, prioritization and planning to execution as well as talent & performance management of direct reports within the team.

Key Accountabilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Utilize Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, to manage projects effectively. Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required governance standards.

Stakeholder Management:

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and reports. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to foster a positive and productive working environment.

Talent Management:

Process Improvement:

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project management processes and best practices Identify & implement tools and techniques to enhance project efficiency & effectiveness

Qualifications
If you possess the following, we’d like to hear from you

Experience: Demonstrable & progressive experience in project management leading multiple simultaneous initiatives, with a focus on capital markets and preferably with experience launching new investment products and/or regulatory changes Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the capital markets, cash & derivative products, including trade life cycle management Agile & Scrum: Extensive experience working in Agile environments, with a deep understanding of Scrum principles and practices. Tools: Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Jira and Confluence. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, across multiple business groups and at various seniority levels. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
