Job Purpose
The Program Manager, IT & Digitalization will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of IT and digital initiatives for a new Lithium Gigafactory. This role will be responsible for aligning technology solutions with business needs, optimizing factory processes through digital transformation, and ensuring seamless integration of IT infrastructure within the factory environment. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, finance, and external vendors, to deliver a cutting-edge digital manufacturing ecosystem.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Experience:
7-10 years of experience in IT program management, with a focus on digital transformation and factory operations in a high-tech or manufacturing environment. Proven experience with large-scale IT implementations, such as ERP, MES, SCM systems, and smart factory solutions. Demonstrated knowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT, AI, and advanced manufacturing technologies.Technical Skills:
Expertise in digital platforms, IT infrastructure, network security, cloud solutions, and data analytics. Familiarity with automation tools, robotics, and factory control systems (PLC, SCADA).Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of innovation and change management. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Travel ExpectationsThe travel expectations for this role are 50% the first year and 20-30% on an ongoing basis. You will be required to travel domestically and internationally.
