POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager, IT position is responsible for planning and overseeing various projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of Adelante Healthcare’s goals and vision.

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
+ Five (5) plus years of project management or related experience
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
+ Proven ability to solve problems creatively
+ Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
+ Experience seeing projects through the full lifecycle
+ Excellent analytical skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness
+ Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
+ Experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis combined with understanding of key performance indicators
+ Experience leading and developing others
+ Strong attention to detail, analytical, and planning skills
+ Knowledge of process and quality improvement
+ Project-related planning, budgeting, and reporting
+ Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and best practices
+ Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of vendor, regulatory and administrative staff within the organization and in the community
+ Ability to perform a variety of assignments requiring considerable exercise of independent judgment
+ Experience with and ability to multitask and thrive under pressure. Must be flexible, energetic, and a self-starter
+ Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
+ Excellent presentation and writing skills
+ Knowledge of computers and database/spreadsheet/word processing software
+ Valid Arizona driver license and current auto insurance
+ Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety for all specialty behavioral health locations or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
POSITION REPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL:
+ Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
+ Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
+ Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
+ Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
+ Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
+ Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
+ Evaluate and analyze data, escalate issues, and exercise discretion and independent judgment in advising management and in determining appropriate next steps
+ Provide financial insights that help the decision-making process, and align capital and resource allocation within the business budget
+ Accurately assess the risks associated with each project
+ Lend support to various organizational teams as necessary during project delivery.
+ Communicate effectively in both verbal (i.e., day-to-day discussions, team meetings) and written (requirements and design specifications) form and have an overall ability to be clear and concise in communication
+ Execute established processes; drive projects within defined scope and complexity
+ Effectively manage multiple priorities
+ Recommend and develop departmental policies and procedures
+ Contributes to the shared project management knowledge repository
+ Complete tasks outside of the established processes when assigned
+ Complete special projects as assigned by manager and perform other duties as requested
+ Ability travel to different work sites as necessary, and perform additional job-related duties as requested

Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time when traveling to various clinic sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee may be subject to health hazards (contagious diseases, blood borne pathogens, etc.) when working in the clinic area.
