Join Stryker as a Project Manager – Medical APAC

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for driving strategic initiatives? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Stryker is looking for a Project Manager – Medical APAC to lead critical projects with strong stakeholder management skills and experience managing end-to-end projects.

This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity with the opportunity to be permanent for the right person.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the Australian 3PL Warehouse Migration Project and manage the IT systems projects, ensuring a seamless transition of warehousing operations  including implementations, integrations and process optimisations.Drive cross-functional projects across supply chain, logistics, and business operations, ensuring alignment with company priorities.Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, IT, finance, regulatory affairs) and external partners to execute projects efficiently.Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and minimising disruptions.Optimise processes within supply chain, warehouse, and logistics functions to enhance efficiency and service levels.Ensure timely project delivery, staying within budget and scope while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Who You Are:

Required Experience

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience leading complex projects, particularly in supply chain, logistics, or IT systems.Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities  and utilise different frameworks or methodologies.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, working across all levels.

Preferred Experience

Medical device industry experience or working in a regulated environment.Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise system migration.Experience implementing process automation or workflow digitisation projects.
