The Project Manager (freelance) will support the Project and Development Services (PDS) team in:

Supporting the Project Management on the assigned projects, with specific focus on office, logistic/industrial/data center, living, hospitality asset classes;Pro-active attitude is a must in the day-by-day activitiesWilling to take ownership of the issues until their positive resolutionCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to the Senor Project Manager as neededEffectively support in the management of the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationMeet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectContract management experience will be a plus

Qualified as Engineer or Architect;Knowledge in Project Management principles, best practices, methods and toolsA minimum of 1-2 year of experience in a similar role;Completely proficiency in Microsoft Office suite / AutoCAD / MS Project;Effective operational proficiency in English;Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated;Must be flexible and a team player;Organized professional;An experience in a complex construction site project will be considered a plusInterested in and have a knowledge about ESG and sustainability certifications (LEED, BREEAM, WELL certifications);Vat number (Partita iva)
