About this role:

As a Project Manager in SRS and Growth accelerator team, you will work with the management and leadership team as a key owner and partner in Managing Subscriptions of third-party data providers (e.g., Factiva, Capital IQ).

The person will be responsible for a wide range of regular tasks and initiatives related to budgeting, subscription evaluation, vendor negotiation and cost optimization. The job requires a person who is proactive, organized, can liaison and collaborate with SME’s, legal, procurement and finance when it comes to various activities during evaluation and procurement of external proprietary sources/subscriptions

What you will do:

Design and maintain investment decision framework for renewals for all proprietary databasesDesign and maintain documentation to ensure business continuity, updating new contracts documents, renewal calendarDrive Vendor engagement and relationship for Gartner’s Subscription Budget with our vendorsContribute to initiatives pertaining to higher usage of the database subscriptionsDesign and maintain subscription dashboard and ensure regular connect and reporting to SRS GA leadershipSuggest new ideas and organize solution sessions/workshops in collaboration with Team Managers/expertsKeep track of additional features/new offerings and arranging database trainingsAct as soundboard and driver for SRSGA leadership to help redefine existing ways and add new aspects Develop a good understanding of SRSGA data sources.Work with SRSGA team to figure out new/alternate databasesEnsure timely renewal, payments to database subscriptions/vendors and adherence to procurement guidelines

What you will need:

Professional qualifications and experience

Post-graduates/graduates with 3-5 years of work experience (B.Sc./BBA/ B.A. Economics/B.Com)Experience in data assets and subscription management, procurement and maintenance of knowledge assets.Adept in product evaluation, budgeting concepts and pricing negotiation

Key attributes

Strong sense of ownership and a “can do” attitudeAdept in product evaluation, budgeting and pricing negotiationHands on experience in designing research/operational tools and dashboardsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of databases such as Factiva, Capital IQ, Crunchbase and data visualization tools (Power BI, advance excel etc.) is a plus.
