Project Manager, Real Estate

Primary responsibilities for this position include:

Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities for the real estate projects assigned to ensure objectives are accomplished safely within prescribed funding and scheduling parameters. Monitor and control project budgets and schedules. Prepare and report project budgets, progress, and forecasts; assume responsibility for each project’s financial performance in relation to the budget Establish and execute project work plans. Maintain open communication channels with all stakeholders. Prepare and submit pay applications, Requests for Information, Purchase Orders, Submittals, Change Orders, Claims, Request for Proposals, Request for Qualifications, and any other required project related communication. Serve as company representative at required project meetings or hearings and prepare documentation, as necessary. Supervise work performed to ensure it meets company standards and quality plan. Review drawings and specifications for constructability, completeness, and accuracy. Promptly respond to project ad-hoc needs. Performs other related duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree 5 years of relevant career experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and proven ability to learn other software and technology; Notable attention to detail, self-initiated follow-through, and outstanding time management and organizational skills; Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to juggle multiple and competing tasks and demands; and Willingness and ability to travel 1-2 times monthly.

This is an exempt position.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be $75k.  Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicant's skill set.  The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.  Other reward may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package
