To learn more about us, visit stradaglobal.com **The Role** The Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of Professional Services Cloud HR Projects. Our core technology is SAP SuccessFactors, but the scope may include other cloud technologies (e.g. time management, documentation management) and Integration components. **The Responsibilities** + Manages end to end project life cycle for Strada projects ensuring delivery in accordance with budget, timeline and of the required quality standards to meet or exceed client expectations. + Manages project deliverables, scope and expectations actively communicates and engages with sponsors, Steering Committees & Project Boards, upper management and executives. + Interfaces independently with all functional and business areas/ groups affected by the project, including senior and/or executive management. + Works closely and proactively with Resource Managers to ensure allocation of resources to projects. + Develops and tracks detailed project plans, including schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans. + Makes project decisions and recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from others as needed. + Communicates and reports status to executives and all other stakeholders e.g., Status Reports in appropriate tools, Executive Briefings. + Employs project management best practice methodologies incorporating SAP's and Strada’s standards. + Managing the project budget working closely with finance team to manage and report on financials – including estimates created during the bidding process, on-going allocation of resources and the regular reporting of the state of the project financials. + Monitors that project deliverables are within Strada’s standard delivery model and contracted scope and that deviations are identified and properly managed using change control procedures as necessary. + Working with third party providers to deliver contractual commitments. **The Requirements** **Essential:** + Experience of project managing at least one end to end SAP / SuccessFactors HR Information Technology including Payroll. + Three years+ experience in project management. + Good knowledge of HR and Payroll business processes. + Excellent communication skills and able to present to customer and teams of all levels. + Managing budgets up to £1m. + Able to travel to client sites for meetings and workshops. + Fluent in English (written, oral). **Ideal, but not essential** + Project management of multiple SAP HR/HCM and SuccessFactors implementations. + Recognised Project Management practitioner certification e.g. APM, Prince2, PMBoK. + HR/Payroll Qualification e.g. CIPD, CIPP. + Business level language skills in one or more other European languages other than English. **Benefits** We offer programs and plans for a healthy mind, body, wallet and life because it’s important our benefits care for the whole person.
