Supports Intelligence Analysis and Scientific Analysis activities in support of Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), Intelligence (S2), Operations (S3) and Counterintelligence & Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Directorates. Collaborates with the United States Marine Corps (USMC) and Department of Defense’s (DoD) best trained General Military Intelligence (GMI) professionals. Will be required to provide stakeholders Intelligence Analytical support for all Intelligence factions. Provides necessary resources with knowledge and experience to support Weapons and Technical Analysis, Geo-spatial Intelligence Science and Analysis, Regional Analysis, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance, and Counterintelligence (CI)/Human Intelligence (HUMINT).
Responsibilities\:
Project Manager will support Navy Projects at the Government’s facility at Quantico, Virginia and serve as the primary interface and POC on technical and project issues within their assigned area by working closely with the COR and Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).
On a daily basis they will notify the COR and TPOC concerning any administrative issues concerning the contractor personnel or projects under their purview.
The Project Manager shall be available during MCIA’s core hours (0900-1500), Monday thru Friday (except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons).
The Project Manager shall ensure the following support is provided\:
Ensure timely updates and accuracy of all tasks\: staffing plan; contract personnel travel and leave; facility accesses coordination Manage Task Order(s) ensuring all tasks are complete meet schedule, and performance requirements. Coordinate with the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Government Site Lead, Government Program Manager, Technical Point of Contact (TPOC), contractor’s senior management and other stakeholders. Monitor, control and report on the technical progress, issues, risks, and problem areas. Coordinate and track manpower and assets. Ensure personnel meet or exceed the required qualifications. Facilitate information exchange and meetings.#divergent

Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology. Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks. Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings. Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight. Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.Clearance Required\:
Active TS/SCIPreferred\:
Desired- Master’s degree in a relevant area; or have a relevant Bachelor’s degree and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree. Desired- Minimum 12 years of experience related to project management with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
