Our two other solution hubs, Publicis Sapient and Publicis Commerce, empower businesses to embrace digital transformation and equip them with a total commerce experience. **Overview** We're searching for an energetic and organized Project Manager to be the crucial link between our talented Social Media and Dashboard Engineering teams. You'll be the champion for visualizing social media data in a way that drives actionable insights and informs strategic decisions. **Responsibilities:** + Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between the Social Media and Dashboard Engineering teams. + Work closely with the Social Media team to thoroughly understand their data analysis requirements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and desired dashboard functionalities. + Gather, organize, and prioritize feedback from the Social Media team on dashboard prototypes, ensuring user needs are met throughout the development process. + Effectively communicate requirements and constraints to the Social Media team, translating complex concepts into easy-to-understand language. + Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring the dashboard project stays on track and within budget. + Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks, dependencies, and risks to project delivery. **Qualifications** + 2+ years of experience managing technical projects, ideally involving data visualization or business intelligence tools. + Strong understanding of social media marketing metrics, analytics platforms, and reporting best practices. + Experience translating data requirements into intuitive dashboards and reports. Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus. + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences + A team player with a proven ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams. + Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring projects are executed with precision.
