Eaton’s Corporate division is currently seeking a Project Manager, Specialist - Finance Transformation.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $105000.03 - $154000.04 a year.

What you’ll do:Position Overview:
This position is responsible for managing significant global transformational projects, as well as support of technology and communications platforms within the Controllership and Global Financial Services & Systems function.
In this function you will:
• Execute large strategic projects and the modernization of internal controls framework projects. Assist in the development of global finance transformational initiatives and programs.
• Develop transformation playbooks, processes, and methodologies to be rolled out to all of Eaton’s global regions, institutionalizing the process and project management knowledge in Eaton.
• Manage global financial projects using waterfall and agile methodologies and related tools such as Microsoft Projects and Jira.
• Effectively communicate with our internal customers and our global finance team to complete projects per agreed upon project timelines and budget, including project status, risks, issues, and mitigation steps to ensure completion of projects per project timelines, and budgets with quality.
• Analyze financial processes, and facilitate recording of business requirements, project charters, communication plans, project plans, and roadmaps.
• Define project roles/responsibilities and align/manage internal & external resources globally to achieve project deliverables, including internal customers, database administrators, IT staff and software vendors.
• Resolve project issues, including researching and recommending solutions for the design and development work on projects and processes.
• Coordinate across disciplines and countries to establish standard systems and processes.
• Establish and track project metrics, and perform benchmarking to improve the metrics processes.
• Champion project management and scorecard measures while collaborating with other project managers to standardize and leverage best practices.
• Maintain security and data integrity within the financial systems supported by Controllership and Global Financial Shared Services.
• Maintain responsibility for identification, development, and execution of continuous improvement initiatives to achieve Controllership goals
• Conduct business improvement assessments facilitating Kaizen events to identify opportunities and performance gaps
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum 6 years of varied accounting, information systems, finance, or shared services experience.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates currently located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
Preferred qualifications:
• PMP/CPA/CMA preferred
• Experience in quality initiatives, value stream mapping
• Oracle and/or SAP Financial Systems experience.
