The Supplier Hub Project Manager will support and contribute to advancing the global semiconductor supplier management organization to drive supplier outreach, standardization and preparation of data, and data analytics.
What You Will Be Doing
Manage team of supplier project associates. Lead team, provide guidance, and be responsible for delivering aligned outcomes to the Global VP of Supplier Management and Global Supplier Directors.Work to support the VP Global Supplier Management and the global directors on supplier priority initiatives and data analytics to grow the businessPublish quarterly, monthly, and weekly global standardized reporting focused around performanceEnsure accuracy in reporting and analytics delivered by the teamLead key supplier projects and execute to closureLead small cross functional projects, track and manage timeline and outcomesProvide insight to the global team on supplier analytics to improve engagement and drive success with key suppliersWhat we are looking for
A proven leader who has led and managed teams in a global and matrixed environmentWilling to engage with team members in all regions and countriesUnderstanding and experience in the electronic components industry (semiconductor and IP&E)6-8 years of experience in a relevant field with demonstration of increasing responsibility over timeBachelor’s degree, MBA preferredWhat’s In It for You
