**Position Title:** Project Manager, Sustainability
**Location:** Budapest
The purpose of this role is to drive project management and operations of cross-functional sustainability programs with a particular focus on climate and carbon emission-related projects. Furthermore, support the Head of Sustainability in strategic programs and operational processes. This role will be a ‘spider in the web’ role and key to driving successful sustainability programs with synergy and efficiency across sustainability program areas cross-functionally in Grundfos.
Primary stakeholders will be the Head of Sustainability and the Climate, Water, and Circular & Biodiversity Leads/colleagues from within Group Sustainability, working closely with them to drive better project management and stakeholder coordination with colleagues across Divisions and Functions in Grundfos.
**Responsibilities:**
**Project Management & Operations of Cross-Functional Sustainability Programs**
+ Set up and drive a strong operational ‘back-bone’ of cross-functional sustainability programs within water, climate, and circular business. This includes organizing and executing working group meetings, internal monthly reporting on progress, internal stakeholder coordination, and operational support to program leads.
+ Support external reporting programs with project management of CSRD preparedness workstreams, outreach to KPI owners for data collection, and support on other sustainability data management, reporting, and ratings.
**Project Management and Support of Climate & Decarbonisation Programs**
+ Project manage and support the ‘engine room’ of our decarbonisation programs, including coordination with the Sustainability Finance team on climate data methodology and calculations, project management of the annual target setting process, and internal stakeholder collaboration.
+ Project manage climate program activities such as annual Climate Risk & Opportunity Assessment and cross-functional preparations for CSRD and EU Taxonomy.
**Project Management and Support of Circular & Biodiversity Programs**
+ Support scoping and project management of circular business development initiatives and stakeholder engagements.
+ Project manage circular business & biodiversity-related preparations for CSRD reporting and EU Taxonomy, including coordination and input from KPI owners, information to internal stakeholders, etc.
**Project Management and Operational Support for Head of Sustainability**
+ Ad hoc project management for cross-cutting strategic sustainability initiatives driven by the Head of Sustainability.
+ Support the Head of Sustainability for operations, systems, and processes, including budgeting and finance follow-ups.
**Requirements:**
+ Strong and proven project management skills with the ability to build structure and processes in complex environments.
+ Ideally, experience with climate data calculations and climate programs.
+ Ideally, knowledge of Grundfos ways of working from a current/previous role.
+ Fluent English knowledge.
+ Ability to thrive and drive results with multiple tasks and many stakeholders in play.
+ Positive energy and team player with good stakeholder management skills.
+ Robust and self-driven with the ability to work in a virtual team – though with colleagues around.
