RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Talent Process support: (annual reviews, goal setting, timelines and communications)Create and maintain detailed project charters, prioritized roadmaps, and milestone reportsCreate and manage the Change and Communication plan, processes and presentations for Talent CycleIdentify Change Management opportunities and drive effective adoption ratesLeverage data analytics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives and propose enhancements to HRIS and Workforce Planning systemsPartner with HR Transformation and Product Management, representing the Talent COEs perspective, to ensure stakeholder alignment on longer-term projectsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree or related work experienceRequired: 5 year’s experience in Project Management, Change Management, HR/Talent Development or Organizational Design and EffectivenessPreferred: Change Management CertificationPreferred: Project Management CertificationPreferred: HRIS and/or LMS administrationREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:
Ability to engage and assess needs of key stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret data and translate insights into engaging storylinesExcellent organizational skills, paying particular attention to detail, deadlines and prioritiesFlexible and resilient in an ambiguous environmentAbility to handle confidential and highly sensitive informationStrong learning agilityExcellent verbal and written communication skills
