As a Test Engineering Project Manager at Nokia, you will lead Baseband/RF TE projects with a team of 5–10 engineers. The work is executed in a hybrid mode, with a combination of flexible on-site and remote way of working. Your main responsibility will be to guide and manage the team of HW and SW specialists to reach the set targets for the TE Project in the NPI phase and volume production. You will work in collaboration with stakeholders such as the DCC team, R&D teams, Production, and external manufacturing partners.
The primary goal of TE projects is to design and implement production testing capability for new products. This role is part of the Supply Chain RF&BB RF Europe tribe and plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of testing projects.
