The **Network Project Manager** will be responsible for the planning, oversight, and documentation of all aspects of the designated project and learning collaboratives, lifecycles. Will work closely with leadership to make sure that the scope and direction of the project is on schedule, as well as other departments and the project team for support. Manages a balanced portfolio of mid-sized to large projects. Serves as a mentor to other Project Managers, Team Leaders and Resource. Accountable to Portfolio Manager(s) for project statuses for relevant customer group(s). **Responsibilities** A day in the life of a **Project Manager** at **Hackensack Meridian** **_Health_** includes: + Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the execution of projects which are completed on-time, within budget and within scope. + Acquire knowledge of current existing processes, identify success factors, strengths and weaknesses and opportunities for program improvement. + Collaborate with other project managers and leads, to understand our current process and to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and quality improvement. + Work with site leads and executive team to maintain current and accurate records for our project. + Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring alignment and technical feasibility. + Regular interactions with Director and team to inform, alert and maintain a continuing good relationship and shared vision of the program outcomes. + Supports and facilitates agenda setting for program committee meetings. + Develop, review and evaluate detailed project plans, schedules and budgets to monitor and track progress and ensure the appropriate resource allocation and successfully meet project timelines. + Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification / change management techniques. + Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. + Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders and communicate effectively to management and team members. + Perform risk and issue management to minimize project risks and issues. + Establish and maintain relationships with third parties. + Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. + Creates technical diagrams and process flows. + Keeps informed of technical and management advances in IT including introductions of industry best practices. + Other duties and/or projects as assigned. **Qualifications** **Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required** : + Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or relevant field. + Develop and deliver presentations, training sessions and demos. + Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Solid facilitation and organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. + Strong working knowledge of Google Docs. **Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred** : + Minimum 7 years experience in healthcare + Ability to Experience with Epic Systems, including implementations. + Establish projects goals and objectives to support the strategic plan + Master's degree in management or healthcare related fields. **Licenses and Certifications Preferred** : + Project Management Professional Certification.
