Leverage your expertise to lead technical delivery in the Finance Solution Centre, ensuring we deliver on our brand promise and drive organizational success together with our diverse airport teams around the world.
Drive, plan and direct all IT project activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parametersAnalyse and review project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, sourcing approach, delivery method, dependencies, procedures for accomplishing projects, negotiate staffing requirements to various project phasesCross-teams and cross–department collaboration with stakeholders to drive business and technology innovation to achieve business unit’s strategic plan and business objectivesProvide thoughtful leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycleResponsible for on call support, as project requiredAttention to detail, and ability to organise and prioritize workload for the teamLead and apply Six Sigma LEAN practice with staff and department functions.Drive and implement necessary standard and best practices for project management and ensure complianceCommunicate and escalate risks and issues clearly and concisely and to support management with the preparation of action plansProactively coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and subcontractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned workRequirements
Degree holder in Information Technology, Business or related areaMinimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in project management role. For an Assistant Project Manager minimum of 5 years of IT experienceProven experience in managing projects with ability to multitask and manage multiple small to medium projects in a cross-functional environmentDetailed knowledge of the following disciplines: project and program delivery, portfolio management, application development management, infrastructure development management, vendor management, service transition and cutover planningTechnical proficiency in hardware and system software, as well as experience implementing packages and working with vendorsProject management related certification such as PMPProven experience in managing OPEX Cost/Budget managementProject Manager need to have knowledge in Operation capabilities and IT Service Delivery functions that sustain and improve customer experience of IT ServicesPersonal & Application Information
