Academic Background, Languages & Certifications:

Proficient in EnglishPMI or equivalent Project management certification preferredProven experience managing large-scale or complex projects, especially those involving HR business transformation or software implementationExperience in HR or Payroll (PY) transformation projectsFamiliarity with Workday or SAP PY modules

Technical Skills & Responsibilities:

Expertise in change management, risk & issue management, and stakeholder engagementApply critical thinking to guide the project team through key decisionsLead workstreams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budgetFacilitate recurring team and stakeholder meetingsPrepare and present status reports to senior management
