Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridGlobal relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.This role is contributing to the Motion Service business unit in Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tLeading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.•\tMonitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.•\tIdentifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.•\tDriving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.Our team dynamicsYou will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

\tYou have 5+ years of experience as Project Manager.\tYou have completed the PMI certification course and be certified or currently in the process.\tYou are at ease communication in English in an advanced level.\tA prior experience in a similar company or industry is needed.\tIf you have financial knowledge of projects (with support from a controller) is a differential.\tIf you have knowledge of electric motors and drivesis an advantage.\tBachelor’s degree in engineering completed.
